It's been another busy weekend for us with a beautiful spring wedding today... but on this occasion I can't take credit for the creations as I have been slightly busy bringing this one into the world🥰

Fresh in bloom would love to introduce our newest apprentice, Lyra Mabel, born on Wednesday 15th April (the same day our first ranunculus bloomed💐)

We are both doing well and settling in to new life back at home. A massive thank you to and Karen for creating this weekend's stunning wedding without me!

Although the new apprentice may take some time to train up, are very much still open for business so give us a shout for any of your floral needs🌷

We have a tradition in our household over Easter weekend and shock, as a family of florists and growers it involves flowers🌷

Each year we head out into the garden and the fields and source whatever we have just bursting into beauty, to put together into a vase arrangement to celebrate new life.

This year we have willow just sprouting their leaves, magnolia buds which have burst open since being brought inside and the first of our bluebells and forget-me-nots from my garden. We finish each vase with our wooden eggs hung from the branches🐣

Easter is not only a time of death, but also life and the gift of new beginnings. This vase reminds us of that, and among the chaos of chocolate and Easter egg hunts it's nice to take a few moments every morning with my cup of tea to reflect on that as I admire the flowers.

We're back on the road🚗💨 and heading to Conwy tomorrow (Thur 26th March) for the annual seed fair🌱

We will be along the high street from 8am- 4pm with our seasonal spring flowers, cut flowers seedlings and the last of our Ranunculus corms so pop down and say hi🌞

We can't wait to see you all there!

Thank you so much to all of our amazing customers who treated your mum's to one of our bouquets this weekend🌷

Each year we are blown away by the support we receive and we can't put into words how much we appreciate each and every order so thank you💕

All our bouquets are now delivered and it's time for a well earned rest with my feet up and a cup of tea (no wine this year unfortunately) until we're back at it again from Tuesday!

Spring has officially arrived which means so has our growing season so we are back open for our fresh flowers🌞

All our bouquets are available for delivery or collection each and every week on Wednesdays to Fridays. To order just message us or order via our website 💐

May I introduce you to the newest members of our team🦆

Back at the start of Jan we unfortunately lost our OG duck Bjorn so began looking for a replacement best friend for Neil who was left behind.

That's when we found a lovely breeder who offered us shadow (I'm sure you can tell which one he is!) Him and Neil have become best mates even though shadow has the personality of forky (if you've watched toy story 4 you will know) and we we're very happy with our little flock of slug eaters...

Roll on a few weeks later and the breeder asked if we could house another duck and of course we couldn't say no so now our little flock is up to 3.

Mr newby is still currently unnamed though and that's where you come in as we would love all of you to name our new duck (first pic)🦆 and as will choose our favourite...

The winner will not only have a duck named in their honour, but also be invited to come to the flower farm for a half day having a right nosey around with a guided tour and tea and cake of course!

Just message us your selection of names (yes you can choose multiple) by the end of Feb and we will announce our winner in March!
