A different kind of celebration to post about today, and a really special one — Robert Francis got married! 🤵🏻‍♂️👰🏻‍♀️💒

We are so happy for him and his new wife Paula and we hope that their day has been everything they wanted it to be! A huge congratulations to you both on such a special moment! ♥️🥂🍾

It is also Flash’s birthday today, so there is officially no excuse for forgetting an anniversary! 📆🤣

Great running from Paul, Scott & Matthew at the Lliswerry 8 this morning. Strong efforts all round and even the rain held off! 💪🏆

There were even some piranha marshals out on the course cheering them on! 📣🥳
