The subfloor was fully prepared using 6mm SP101 flooring grade plywood, giving us the perfect base before installing Textures LVT in Weathered Oak. 🪵

The natural tones and character of the Weathered Oak work perfectly in the new space, giving it a warm, modern finish while still keeping that authentic wood look. 😍

🚿 SHOWER ROOM
For something a little different, we installed Harvey Maria Walbrook in Avebury Stone — a stunning patterned floor that adds plenty of character and creates a real feature in the room. ✨

A genuine showstopper from the moment you walk through the door, this stunning design completely transforms the space and proves just how much impact the right flooring can have. 🖤

We completed the hallway, kitchen & W/C, creating one continuous statement floor that flows beautifully throughout the home.

🔨 Preparation is everything — the subfloor was professionally prepared using Mapei NA latex smoothing compound, giving us the perfect surface ready for installation.

Then came the star of the show… ⭐️

🖤 Harvey Maria Dovetail – Ink Black 🖤

The bold geometric pattern combined with the deep Ink Black tones creates an incredibly striking finish. It’s stylish, dramatic and packed with character — definitely not a floor that blends into the background! 🔥

The finished result is an absolute SHOWSTOPPER and one we’re seriously proud to have installed. 👏🏻

This project saw the kitchen, utility and W/C transformed with the beautiful Moduleo Laurel Oak LVT – a timeless wood-effect floor that combines stunning looks with outstanding durability.

As always, the preparation is just as important as the finished floor. We first applied a 3mm coat of latex smoothing compound to create the perfect, level base, ensuring a flawless finish that’s built to last.

The warm natural tones of Laurel Oak have completely lifted these spaces, giving the home a fresh, modern look while providing a practical, hard-wearing floor for everyday life.

📚 Another project completed by Pickard’s Flooring

We recently completed flooring works in a library within one of Oxford’s university buildings, installing 6mm SP101 plywood throughout before fitting J2 Iconic LVT in the colour Hardwick.
The finished floor provides a durable, hard-wearing surface while complementing the traditional character of the library with a clean and timeless look.
