Start your morning with a cracking breakfast from Becky down at the Canal Basin.

Then from 10am – 4pm dive into our FULL Skipton Artisan Market packed with mouth‑watering sweet and savoury bakes, gorgeous gifts, dog treats, preserves, grass‑reared meats, fresh veg from our resident farmer, Luc’s famous sourdough and pesto, garden ornaments, embroidered cushions, original art, crystals, woodcraft, jewellery, photography and loads more high‑quality goodies from our talented and amazing makers and creators at their stalls..
Our stallholders can even hold your shopping (deposit/payment needed) while you explore.

Head up to the High Street for The Fantastic Skipton Car Show

A brilliant line up this year, with some absolute beauties on display. With a bit of luck the owners will be around to chat about their well kept classic and vintage vehicles.

While you’re there, bob into the brilliant independent shops along the High Street and not forgetting to take a wander to the the quirky side streets and back streets too, lovely shops are everywhere!!!
Skipton is full of hidden gems.
You could grab your dinner at one of Skipton’s lovely eateries and soak up the atmosphere.

And if you fancy making a weekend of it, Saturday is perfect for Skipton Castle, a stroll along the canal, a relaxed ride on the canal boats ... or a wander through the gorgeous scenic woods.
