Don’t forget we are holding a free class for children between the ages of 5 and 16 on Saturday 20th Jan to celebrate National Iyengar Day. Please do let others know and come along. If you can book, great! Or just turn up on the day. Mihir will be leading the session and is keen to share his experience of being taught directly by Abhijata Iyengar from the age of 6! His enthusiasm and dedication will inspire everyone

It is National Iyengar Yoga Day on Saturday 20th January… (11.15 to 12.15) we are offering a FREE class for children between the ages of 5 and 18 to try out yoga with Mihir and Frances … Mihir is living proof of the benefits of yoga for children. His first teacher was Abhijatta Iyengar when he was 6 years old.. you can book or just turn up… it will be great to see you!
