Wow my buttercream is NOT liking this heat, I'm dreading the rest of the week, 1× 6 inch cake 3× 8 inch cakes 1×12 inch cake all 3 layers each oh and 150 cupcakes to do I this heat with inly a table top fridge. Anyone fancy lending me a fridge (that's just me so I can stand it to keep cool hahah)

Just a few that went out this weekend.

happy fathers day to all the dads and father figures out there.

What can I say this weekend was the first time the heat hut hard on the cakes, I have my first cake slid in 7 years, safe to say I was gutted. Its not all sunshine and smiles behind the scenes of a cake maker. But we do our best for our customers.
