Good Morning Gents,

On the back of the positive feedback from the client of the Glengarry Contract (attached), I would just like to say a particular thank-you to Garrell, Future Heats and Lawlor Décor for their exemplary performance on that contract.

The contract was high in technicality, novel in some cases, encompassed numerous changes to design and scope and quality expectations were high. The above-mentioned contractors demonstrated competence, diligence and made real efforts to ensure they were available to accommodate all necessary actions on site when required.

All of you made a hugely positive difference to those outcomes, and I just wanted to ensure that you get some recognition for that on what was a difficult job – much appreciated and very well done.

A very interesting project and facility we were involved with the construction and set up. Our guy Dave guided it to completion every step of the way. Big jobs, small jobs.....we are on it!

In the trainee corner young Ben Douglas has been making good progress on this bedroom upgrade. New acoustic ceiling, ames taped, coving fitted, walls stripped then skimmed to paintable standard and decoration well underway. In the master decorator corner with over 30 years experience Craig Robertson has single handedly transformed the Lounge of this baronial mansion for a regular discerning client. Awesome work by the guys and a small sample of what we get up to in a year.....
