My lovely women… this post is for you.
We all go through menstrual cycles, menopause, hormonal imbalances, moments of stress, anxiety, or sadness. During these times, I want each of you to have a small tool that helps you pause and take a little time for yourself.

I’ve been navigating menopause since the age of 37, it’s been a rollercoaster, but I’m learning to heal myself every day. Through exercise, positive self‑talk, nourishing food, and by reducing toxins around me while introducing healing ones.

Essential oils have become my little allies, they help regulate my nervous system and bring me back to balance. I’d love to share this experience with you.
