Reminder to anyone who's thinking of setting up a BRAND NEW ETSY shop - if anyone wants to open a BRAND NEW SHOP do it through my new shop (toothillvintage) as a referral - then you get 40 free listings (and so do I). Send me a private message if you're interested. Etsy is a worldwide site and I don't think you have to be UK based same as me to get the free listings? We'd need to check - so if you're not UK based, tell me which country you're in and we can find out.

(Etsy is a website where you have your own 'page' and can sell your handcrafted products or commercial crafting supplies. Listings cost 20 US cents each and you pay commission to Etsy on what you sell. You use PayPal or their own Etsy direct checkout for customer monies).

Oh yeah, and don't get excited TootHillVintage new shop is empty. Won't be putting anything in it until waayyy after the house move. Probably in the summer.

Folksy shop reopened today - but only existing stock, not sufficiently recovered to create any new designs - but fear not, there's a smorgasbord of products that haven't made it into the shops yet. More stock will be added over the coming weeks/ months (albeit slowly) as well as crafting supplies.

Would you like some good news?

Excellent.

Here it is: HMRC have new phone numbers, 0300 instead of 0845 which should make them cheaper to call. Just as well really, given you can't actually go and see them anymore now they've closed all their Enquiry Centres. This is to make it easier for customers. Yeah right.... Anyway, moving on,

And Clearly Crafty Community have taught me two things - firstly you can 'pin' a post to the top of your FB page (I think, am just about to have a go). And secondly you can have Notes in that string of icons to the top right of the page, that one that has photos & events etc in. A most excellent way of keeping important stuff visible.

*waves feebly* the ill-health gremlin has been sitting on me for a while. But I've found a new most excellent and helpful page. This one. Clearly Crafty Community

Seriously gorgeous!

I decided my blue jay design needed a little tweaking... he now has silver legs and more detailled wings and face than before! He matches his tufted titmouse friend!
