Hands down, this is our favourite type of project. 🤫

Removing pointless walls to re-work a kitchen space. 🔨

By doing this, we help to create that extra special living space for our amazing clients. Giving the family a multifunctional room to reconnect in at the end of a busy day. 👫👭

This house was extended a few years ago, the builder just poked the kitchen into this small,
oddly shaped room at the back of the house. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Full refurbishment underway, stay tuned for the finished article. 👀

We install our induction hobs properly! How? 👀

➡️ Flush mounted into the surface
➡️ Prevents you catching the edge of the glass
➡️ Adds much more of a sleek finish to your kitchen
➡️ Completely sealed, no nooks or crannies where dirt can accumulate.
➡️ It takes our worktop fabricator a bit longer to measure and cut, but well worth it.

It just looks so much better and makes complete sense to us.

Also this hob is a the new matt finish from our partner Elica. We’re seeing this come through the industry as a new trend, it helps prolong the life of the glass from scratches and reduces sunlight glare.

A slightly different top detail for this project, we continued the room coving seamlessly around the tall units. Big thanks to our awesome plasterer Nick.

Our client tasked us with making the kitchen blend into the space better, rather than have a standard traditional cornice.

Doing something like this gets rid of that awkward gap at the top that can gather dirt and grease over time.

Very happy client, we think it looks pretty alright too.

Kubo Kitchens

“Kubo were runners up in their debut in 2022, great fun was had by all. Legs were rather wobbly and eyes a little fuzzy by the time of the final, so it wasn’t meant to be! Maybe this is our year?! We’re looking forward to playing those mean rugby players! Very proud to help raise money for this years’ charity Dogs for Autism.

Our team is made up of friends, family, clients (zero ringers!) and good people who have helped Kubo over the years. Our team members can always be found in the Kitchen at parties!”
