It feels so nice to have all the fabric back in the shop.

It was a long 4 days of labour but we are so happy with how our little fabric shop turned out.

Bigger isles, better displays, much more fun to browse and easier to find your fabric.

We’ve been working hard on our shop rebuild and will be reopening Tuesday morning the 25th at our shop (SP11 0QN) in Hampshire. Shop rebuild!

Our physical shop will be closed next Monday (24/08/26) because we are doing a complete shop rebuild.

We will be removing everything from the shop and reorganising the whole layout to create a better shopping experience for you.

We will be working hard all Sunday and Monday with the hope to have the shop ready to open Tuesday morning.

We have some big plans for the new shop layout. Very exciting.

Sorry we haven’t been keeping you up to date with our longarming as much as we should have.

The heat has made it very difficult to use the machine.

But today our star quilter Meg has almost finished custom quilting this beautiful dragonfly quilt.

The quilt top was made by one of our lovely customers Lorraine who appliquéd the dragonfly’s using the stain glass technique.

Our Sunshine Sale is back… although this time, we’re rather pleased that it may be a little less sunny! ☀️

After all the recent hot weather, the forecast is looking much cooler and more comfortable for Friday 31 July and Saturday 1 August. We’re relieved to be able to bring the sale fabric outside again.

Sale times:
Friday 31 July: 11am–4pm
Saturday 1 August: 10am–4pm

We’ll have a lovely selection of high-quality Lewis & Irene and Makower UK fabrics available from as little as £7 per metre — a very good opportunity to find backing fabric, stock up on useful prints or discover something unexpected.
