High Quality Bespoke Hand Painted Signs & Restorations For The Home. Garden. Farm. Stable. Business. Hello, I’m Becky based in Angmering, West Sussex, UK.
(1)

I offer a Nationwide service.

I create unique, bespoke hand painted exterior & interior signs - ideal for your home, farm, estate, garden, wedding, business, workshop, stable or anywhere you please...

I also restore & renovate old, worn signs & other similar items, so if you have a beloved piece that needs some TLC, I can take a sympathetic approach or make it good as new, even replicate if necessary. Whatever suits the situation best! My personalised signs can be created using any type of wood or on slate, depending on your taste, & can vary from a small door number to a large business or farm sign. I can paint a variety of pictures to add a special touch & particularly enjoy painting animal portraits of any species.

I paint on good quality, locally sourced seasoned hardwood which comes in many different shapes, sizes & types such as Yew, Oak, Ash, Cedar, Mahogany, Sweet Chestnut, Walnut & Elm. Of course you are welcome to provide your own if you have a special piece you would like to use. If you have a certain design or look in mind then we can work with that, or I can create the design from start to finish & will involve you along the way to ensure you are happy with the end result. The characters & artwork are completely hand painted so a great deal of time, care & patience goes into the creation of each unique sign. The surface is fully prepared & treated beforehand, the after painting the sign is top coated several times with a high quality varnish to make it fully weatherproof.*

*Wooden signs will require some maintenance, depending on aspect, every 1 to 2 years, sand with 240 grit minimum sandpaper very lightly and apply 2 coats of a quality clear exterior varnish. I can do this if required, plus any touch ups that may be needed.

This special sign painted on Yew is based on a tattoo that our lovely Talia of Pete's Den in the village had done recently.

It is to commemorate her wonderful mum Denise, who sadly passed away in May this year.

I used the same wood as I did on the main Pete's Den sign, and used the font and colours to match.

Thanks to Talia for trusting me, we are all so happy the Den is up and running again.

Your Mum and Pete would be so happy and proud! 🥰❤️

A lovely review from Knebworth House!

The sign isn't up yet as they've had lots of events going on but I am so excited to see it in place up at Fort Knebworth! 🤩

A couple of years ago I restored the old metal sign for this stunning property in my village. I did a temporary sign for the gate whilst working on the restoration.

My clients loved the idea of a gate sign so when they recently had a lovely new oak gate installed, they gave me a piece of the oak to paint on.

We went for a subtle, classic look with a little shine of gold contour to catch the light.

The perfect finishing touch! 👌✨️

Another lovely review! Really pleased with how this restoration turned out. ☺️

"When builders broke the wooden sign on my house, an original feature, I was worried it was beyond repair. Finding Rebekah was an incredible stroke of luck. She not only repaired it but made it look even better. I’m so grateful and thrilled with the results. She’s a true artist."

ALL FINISHED! Before & After 👌

Here is the review from my lovely client...

"I would highly recommended anyone considering revamping their tired signs to Bespoke & by hand. The transformation of my house sign is out of this world and far exceeded my expectations. The communication and consultation was fabulous with recommendations on colour choices and price clearly laid out. I am absolutely over the moon with my sign I loved it before but I’m even more in love with now a true artist and professional thank you so much ☺️"
