Exotic fruit smoothie mix blended with coconut yoghurt, oats, flaxseeds, and turmeric.
Topped with a ginger biscuits and stem ginger crumble, passion fruit, and blueberries.
It’s not just delicious but actively mood improving. People who consume more fruit and veg each day are generally happier and have higher life satisfaction.
