Think my dopamine hit comes from flowers and working with brilliant people… what a year it’s been and we still have two months to go!
In my wildest dreams did I ever think I would get to do this for a living 💓 if you are new here hello 👋 I started in my parents cellar and now in my 20th year. It’s flown!
Floristry is ever changing and moving and that’s what I love about it. All the incredible people I have had as part of my team over the years, the careers launched, our incredible couples, the creative community we work with. So so lucky!

This time last week a super elegant birthday celebration Grantley Hall we used scented florals including stocks, tuberose and eucalyptus to fill the room. A stunning presentation style bouquet as a surprise for the evening filled with abundant roses and delphiniums. Guests were invited to take a vase home to keep the celebration going ✨🌿🫶

Calling you brilliant florists! Tired after a long year? I want to help give you a boost, think of ideas you can do now to keep your business and creativity going. We shall cover marketing, how to stay creative, ways to buy cleverly, product planning, planning for the next few months and how to build and keep your community. We want to inspire, support and guide you. Flowering on together!

There will be an open chat forum too where you can ask questions and we can work though things together, no question is. too small or silly. We are all in this together.

£25 admission. We shall send you a link to the google meet the day before you book. If you wish to send in any questions then please email [email protected] beforehand. Tickets are non refundable.

Really wishing you all a beautiful calm week.. if you can try get out ( raincoat on! If in the UK) for a walk.. it’s a breathtaking time of year, from sunrises, to big moons to the trees ✨🌿🍂🧡

16 years…. 🫶 Mrs & Mrs
Gone in the blink of an eye..
I carried a bunch of Gran prix roses that smelt of raspberries, black baccara roses dark and velvety, old Dutch roses that were the vintage pink colour of the moment. Rosemary for remembrance and trailing Ivy.
We ate loads of pic and mix and a cake of cheese.. we filled the The Old Deanery with family and friends and love and silliness. Happy days…so grateful for the pics we took as things change so fast and so many no longer here in them. I had Nutella on toast for brekkie as was pregnant and feeling a little under the weather!
Pomegranates and roses greeted our guests and there was a bell ringing competition in Ripon cathedral all day opposite.

It’s not just humans who are friends of Leafy Couture, rest in peace beautiful Atticus. Sending all our love to Phoebe & Micheal. He was the reason we fell in love with schnauzers and added one to our family. I had never had a dog before and there is something so special about this breed. I will always be grateful to have met Atticus he literally changed our lives ✨

Ohhh we are starting to get all the feels for the season ahead… the velvet ribbon 🎀 is ordered, the workshop transition is happening… we are so ready to welcome all of you again this year to our special place.. it is so wonderful to see so many of your names on the bookings as they come through. We love seeing you return each year, to hear your stories and adventures 🫶🌿✨
We shall again have a little festive shop so if there is anything in particular you want us to stock let us know ✨🫶
If you haven’t booked your wreath class yet it is super simple to do so via the website, pick your day and time and we shall look forward to seeing you ✨ The w**e will be mulling, don’t forget to pop any dietary preferences down… and yes mince pies are a food group of their own 😆
