We are pleased to launch this exciting new retail space in the form of a Pop-up Shop. This is close to the village green of Yapton, West Sussex.

This space is ideal for existing businesses, fundraisers, hobbyists, art & crafts, demonstrations, artisan foods, locally grown produce & plants, take-away foods, there are endless possibilities. 🤩

The retail space comprises of a summer house 48 sq. ft. with re-positionable shelves, drawer & cupboard unit, to store stock in. fitted with LED lighting, 4 double power points one with USB charging, wi-fi access to broadband. 💻

The outside covered area, which is 132 sq. ft. has a rubber slip-resistant safety surface. Also has LED lighting, an exterior power socket & an infrared heater. 🔌
Also included is access to washroom facilities. 💧

All this for just £32 a day!
