Our family-run business based in Ashford, Kent, is currently hiring for the position of Welder/Fabricator.

Job Description:

- Fabricate and manufacture gates, railings, and fencing components

-Work independently and as part of a team, adhering to Health and Safety guidelines in our factory

- Interpret and work from provided drawings to fabricate and weld our products

Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in welding and fabricating

- Welding and Fabricating certificate is required

- Proficient in fabrication techniques, with high work standards and the ability to meet reasonable time targets

- Familiarity with reading CAD drawings from a computer screen

- Openness to learning new skills, processes, and methods

- Strong adherence to systems and processes

- Positive, can-do attitude, willing to go the extra mile when required

- Excellent team player and punctual timekeeper
