Apologies to all customers who we haven’t had chance to speak to. We are currently very very busy and I can’t always answer the phone.
I’m getting around 20 calls a day which is taking me away from fitting. (Mostly annoying sales calls for card machines or fuel cards etc)

Please leave a message or Watsapp us and we will reply ASAP.

Also due to holidays we’re Closed for 2 weeks at the end of July and August is getting booked up quickly.

Apologies if I can’t answer the phone while working, I’m getting loads of stupid sales calls for card machines, music licenses etc.

This is taking me off the job in hand, the landline phone number is currently set to 9-5 but this is under review.

If you can please use Watsapp or Messanger I will reply as soon as I can.

July is now getting full and the sheer volume of enquiries is draining as well as fitting 6 days a week.

The unit is also closed the first 2 weeks of August for Holidays.

As many of my previous customers know I cannot rely on other people apart from Dave to fit to my standard and have my customer approach. But moving forward I’ve now got a very good Laminate fitter, Josh and also a young lad Harrison who is keen to learn and I hope he sticks at it?

Artificial grass is now to order only.

As you may be aware there’s been multiple price increases this year due to the ongoing conflict in the Middle East.

I can no longer have rolls of grass sat on the floor on the off chance someone will buy some.

1, it’s too expensive just to be sat there
2, I haven’t the space in my unit
3, I can get any quality for next day delivery if ordered before 2 pm (next working day)

This gives customers more choice on qualities of grass and it lowers my working capital keeping it in stock.

Deposit required when ordering. (as again I’ve been let down when ordering in.)(Always the customer who needs it yesterday)
