Welcome to our new followers! If you are wondering what makes Bluefin LED different - here are five things you might not know about us.
1. We are engineering-led.
Underwater lights operate in a pretty unforgiving environment, so we spend a lot of time thinking about the things you don't necessarily see: sealing, materials, corrosion, heat and serviceability.
2. We've developed a different approach to sealing.
Our patented mechanical O-ring and gasket sealing system is designed to protect the light below the waterline while allowing products to remain serviceable, rather than simply permanently sealing everything in resin or glue.
3. Brightness isn't the whole story.
How the light actually reaches the water matters. That's why optical design and beam angle are just as important to us as the number on the specification sheet.
4. We're connecting underwater lighting with the rest of the boat.
With Mini IYS, compatible Bluefin LED RGBW lighting can be controlled through supported onboard MFDs and compatible smart devices, making lighting part of the wider onboard system.
5. Our range goes from leisure boats to superyachts.
Sports boat, tender, cruiser, motor yacht or superyacht — each brings different requirements, and our range has been developed around those different applications.
