Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and reliable Sales & Warehouse Assistant to join our team. This is a hands-on, varied role combining customer-facing sales responsibilities with warehouse duties. You’ll play a key part in delivering a smooth customer experience—from showroom assistance to stock handling.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist customers in-store, providing product advice and recommendations
- Drive sales by understanding customer needs and promoting suitable products
- Process orders, payments, and maintain accurate sales records
- Receive, check, and organize incoming stock in the warehouse
- Prepare and load customer orders for collection or delivery
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized showroom and warehouse environment
- Assist with stock takes and inventory management
- Work collaboratively with the team to meet sales targets and operational goals

Requirements:

- Previous experience in retail, sales, or warehouse work preferred (but not essential)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Physically fit and able to handle manual lifting
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Basic IT skills for order processing
- Flexibility to work weekends if required
