Well, our little family break is going swimmingly... and I don't mean in the pool! 🤣🤦‍♀️

What should've been a 3-hour journey turned into 9 bloody hours after getting caught up in a fatal accident and being stuck for 4 hours. 😩 Obviously, our thoughts are with everyone involved ❤️

Finally got here thinking we could relax and enjoy ourselves, but apparently the weather had other plans! We're now in the middle of a storm, the wind is blowing an absolute bloody gale and I'm surprised we haven't ended up in another postcode! 💨🤣

BUT despite the absolute s**tshow of a start, the kids are having the time of their lives! ❤️

They're enjoying the rides, making memories and couldn't give two s**ts about the weather. Meanwhile, I'm wondering why we didn't just stay at home with a cuppa! 😂

But that's what it's all about, isn't it? Getting away from the usual chaos, spending time together and making memories, even if we do end up getting blown halfway across the country! 🤣❤️

Wouldn't be a family holiday of ours without a bit of drama, would it?! 🤦‍♀️😂

Apparently, if your child doesn't attend school, they won't get anywhere in life. They won't get qualifications, they won't succeed, blah blah fu***ng blah! 🙄

Well, after 3 years of home educating my daughter, she's now completed her GCSEs and is moving on to further education! 👏❤️

No school attendance. No following the system that failed her. Just a child learning in an environment that actually worked for HER!

Funny how we're constantly told what our children can't do, rather than being supported to show what they CAN do.

Education doesn't only happen inside four classroom walls! 💪

So to everyone who doubted her, underestimated her or thought home education would hold her back...

Who's laughing now? 😘

A few days of family time, making memories and attempting to switch my brain off from work. Although we all know I'll probably come back with another 300 business ideas 🤣🤦‍♀️

👀 PUTTING THE FEELERS OUT...

I'm potentially looking for someone to come on board with Just Another Idea for a few hours a week to help give our socials a bloody good boost! 🚀

Ideally looking for someone for a minimum of 3 months, especially to help us through our busiest periods.

I'm looking for someone who:
✨ Has some knowledge or experience in social media marketing.
✨ Understands how TikTok, Facebook and Instagram algorithms work.
✨ Knows how to increase engagement, reach and get products seen by the right people.
✨ Can bring fresh ideas to the table and help us grow.

I'm not expecting someone to work miracles overnight, but I do want someone who actually knows what they're doing rather than just chucking a post up and hoping for the best. 🤣

I absolutely love creating the products, but between running the business, making orders and everything else, there's only so many hours in the bloody day!

This would only be a few hours a week to start with, with the potential for more depending on how things go.

Well today has been absolute fu***ng CHAOS 🤣🤣

Been running round like a headless chicken all day trying to get everyone's collection orders sorted and out the door!

Then after the school run it was straight back to the bloody unit because apparently I hadn't done enough for one day 🙈🤣

This lovely pile was waiting for me, so back to packing, labelling and questioning my life choices! 📦

BUT they're all done and dropped off at the parcel locker! Pretty sure we filled the whole fu***ng thing ourselves with the amount we shoved in there 🤣🤣

You'd think that would be me done for the day wouldn't you? HAHAHA don't be so fu***ng ridiculous 😂

Came home, carried on working through tomorrow's orders, spent god knows how long hunting down files that have apparently decided to f**k off into thin air, AND started arranging business meetings for the month!

I know, get me being all professional and s**t! Who even am I?! 🤣🤣

Obviously all these meetings have to be worked around the kids' approximately 300 appointments because between the 3 of them and their little pic n mix of disorders, our family calendar looks like a game of fu***ng Tetris! 🫠🤣

Anyway, it's now 11.30pm and I've FINALLY made myself a hot cuppa and I'm heading to bed!

Will I sleep? Absolutely fu***ng not 😂

I'll probably spend the next 2 hours staring at the ceiling coming up with another 10 business ideas that I absolutely MUST start immediately before I forget them 🤦‍♀️🤣

And then wonder why I'm absolutely knackered tomorrow!

But seriously, thank you to everyone keeping me so bloody busy. Every single order means the world, even if my sanity is hanging on by a very thin thread! ❤️
