There is always pressure working on a project to make sure that it meets the clients expectations.
This one came with the added pressure of working for one of your family.
Planning is extremely important especially where a pattern is used and incorporates a niche.
As you can see the pattern flows from the bath panel to the ceiling, through the niche around over the basin and into the toilet and across a skirting tile to maintain a continuous line.
The bath has a sleek look with no taps, filled direct by a mixer unit that also operates the fixed head shower and small hand held.
To create the look of extra space the shower screen folds away and opens to a double when in use.
Thanks as always to the team Dan (electrician), Tom (plumbing side) and John Nicholls Plumbing & Heating Merchants (Vaughn)

This project was carried out on a 17th century cottage. It consists of a bathroom and downstairs cloakroom conversion. I managed to keep many of the original features, whilst adding a modern twist. The bath was removed and replaced with a large shower cubicle. Underfloor heating was added for that extra bit of comfort. Downstairs the floor tiles were replaced with traditional quarry tiles the splash back to the basin and window ledge was finished in hand made tiles, the toilet was replaced with a traditional high level toilet all finished in brass.

Bathroom to shower room conversion in a 16th century cottage. Old properties are always a challenge with curved walls and uneven floors. This one turned out nicely. The flooring was fitted with underfloor heating overlaid and finished in marble mosaic to add a bit of comfort.
Thanks to the team

Another kitchen and floor finished. Blue seems to be the in colour at the moment, I have to say it looks good with the worktop choice.

The worktops are 30 mm ag quartz which includes a full wrap including the splashbacks.

The brief from the clients was to lay 80 sqm of travertine over underfloor heating before commencing work on the kitchen.

Kitchen supplied by howdens (Banbury)
Tiles by Topps Tiles Trade
Building work extension by Mark kirtland Building services
Plumbing T L Heating
Electrical Dan Luetchford
And big thanks to Darren Upstone-Smith for the help on the flooring and the kitchen as it was a big one 👍

The latest job completed is this kitchen refit. The clients had a great vision of what they wanted and this is the end result. What a difference. Tiles were from Tile Giant and the kitchen from Howdens Banbury. The kitchen units were finished off with 30 mm quartz work tops . Matching coloured radiators pulled the design together all plumbing was by T L Heating and the electrical work by Dan Luetchford. Many thanks as always to the team and to the clients for letting us change their dreams into reality.

This project was a bedroom /dressing room.
The floor is oak veneer. For that extra bit of class we finished it off with a stunning slipper bath and column radiators.
Then it was downstairs to lay this porcelain plank floor.

Here is a recent project just completed. The clients had a clear vision of what they wanted the room to look like when finished, and I think we achieved that. The chimney breast was opened up to allow the basin to sit back into the recess creating extra space. Victorian bespoke panels were then made and fitted around the bathroom to add some character.
Slate tiles were then fitted to the floor along with underfloor heating to add that touch of comfort.
The wall tiles to the shower are green marble supplied by Fired Earth. All fittings were supplied by Lusso. Thanks to Mark Kirtland ,T L Heating ,Dan Luetchford, Ben Perryman, and Elite woodwork
