Worked our magic on this one!! ✨️

Canopy Flooring DELEMERE

Fitted to these concrete steps and rather challenging old floorboards, where we ply lined first with 9mm ply and then full stick down with Tovcol MS adhesive 😊

Getting spoilt this week with no skirtings, making the installation process a lot quicker and easier πŸ˜…

We still prefer them ON for best results but obviously not always possible when waiting for other trades to do their thing...

NO MORE CARPETS!!!
Out with the carpets and in with luxury vinyl tile 🀩

What a welcome home these lucky students will have, Fresh new flooring throughout this 3 Bed property (4 if you count the lounge bedroom) in Bangor even the stairs got an upgrade!!

From a landlords perspective thats the house done now for 15 to 25 years, No need to change the carpets every other year due to wear and tear, drink spillages ect...Easy to keep clean with very little maintenance needed, Perfect choice!! πŸ‘ŒπŸ»

Brampton Chase was the chosen flooring for this project...herringbone to the hall to give a bit more Wow factor on entrance and European Oak plank throughout upstairs, lounge/bedroom and the stairs for a nice flow throughout the space, Again for the stairs we used bendybull trims in antique bronze

Another job in Pwllheli, Absolutely flew through it, always helps with the skirtings off (even though we prefer them on) it does speed up the installation!!
Also throw in the mix a 9 inch wide plank and were absolutely flying πŸš€

Another one from J2flooring and again from the stunning Iconic range this one is Galloway ✨️

Quite a bit of prep work involved on this before we could start fitting, built up levels with a few coats of UltraFloor level it 2 this gave us the opportunity to build in a sunken matwell by the back door (which we'll finish next week now when the trims arrive) 🀣

Weve worked miracles here on this job this week, even if I do say so myself πŸ˜†
A very problematic timber subfloor, We had Floorboards missing, We had different heights between rooms from where a wall was taken down to open up this great space, A mix of 6mm ply, 9mm ply and 12mm ply was used and then screeded with our go to screed UltraFloor levelit 2

Results are amazing!!
