I’ve been so busy recently I haven’t managed to post. Here is a front and rear half gate I made for a customer.
Both levelled out and secure, front gate needed cutting at an angle at the bottom as the path is sloped. I hid the back gate hinges to make it look more aesthetically pleasing.

Full walk in shower rip out. Turns out their shower trap had been leaking so long it had rotted the wall and studs around it. The customer wanted a full new shower fitting with the lovely new shower boards. I really enjoyed fitting this, looks great!

• Rip out old shower and tiles
• Cut out rotten studs and damage
• Fit new stud wall and plaster board
• Fit new shower tray and new shower trap
• Fit new moisture resistant shower board panels and chrome edging
• Fit new shower screen
• Refit old shower raiser
• Seal whole shower and check for leaks

I have been busy moving house so no posts recently.

Small but satisfying job here setting two posts, one for a camera and then the other will be a charger post, I fitted two flood lights onto the charger post as well! Customer very happy with the job and are getting the charger fitted soon.

• Remove everything from the whole bathroom
• Fit new plumbing for the sink and radiator
• Fit new floor boards
• Plaster board bulkhead
• Fit new bath to the wall and level
• Tile the whole bathroom
• Grout the tiles and wash
• Fit new shower and plumb in bath taps
• Fit the new sink and plumb in
• Fit the new towel rail
• Fit cabinet to the wall
• Fit the toilet back in place
• Fit the new shower screen
• New ceiling light

Full front room renovation, building a vestibule and a shoe storage with a bench. Painted throughout along with some wallpapering and building a bookshelf onto the wall.

I got a little creative with this one and really enjoyed doing it! I think you’ll agree it completely transformed the room and it now holds a lot more heat as well as looking amazing!

I am a handyman/maintenance engineer, looking to pick up some extra work. I have recently renovated my own home, and I work full time as a Maintenance Technician at a 5-star hotel.
