Good morning!
Yes I must admit I'm in my morning office 😁. I've also just realised that I owe a little girl an apology..😔 At our last Demo Day in May, the very talented Nova made two beautiful tags using lace, glitter and peel offs. I promised I would post her lovely picture so here it is....a bit late but as my mum used to say 'better late than never'.
Isn't she clever 👍🤩. If she becomes a crafter like us .....do you think I should also apologise now to her future partner for... crafts taking over the house......saving everything that can be reused including the thin ribbon on K9 the clothes to make bows....not allowing them to touch your material scissors and gems and glitter everywhere ...the lust goes on lol 😂 😂.
Joking aside I totally believe crafting is a therapy and is vital especially during hard times in life (which we all have), it creates lovely friends and a community.... I love it.

It's our Anniversary!!
Today (Sat 16th May) is the 17th Anniversary of our little shop opening...yes can you believe we've been here 17 years😲....and it's 7 years since we opened our extension.
I would just like to thank everyone who has made this possible by supporting and helping our journey. Since Covid it has been hard to continue and lots of companies have closed....but it's a lifestyle to us, not just a job. We love what we do and with your support hope to continue for many more years.
I've always said crafting is a therapy.....and some days we need it (especially Brian after days when he's learnt about hip/knee replacements, bladder weakness, how many toilet visits per night and other info I could not share Lol 🤣 😂. Our shop is like a community centre where people can meet up and make friends....we don't just have customers we have friends ❤️ and some Special Friends who go above and beyond (you know who you are ❤️😘) so THANK YOU again from the bottom of our ❤️ ❤️'s xx

This Sat at our FREE DEMO DAY we will be using lace and glitter to make beautiful designs for your cards and projects. It will be lovely to see you so if you're free why not pop in for a cuppa and some crafting inspiration.

Also next weekend we have the lovely John Lockwood back again with some fantastic projects. It was so popular in March that we have had to add an extra day,!! As promised I've attached our leaflet showing the events this month and also details for the Creation Station class this Tues 12th May. This will be a monthly event and if you're interested in booking or need any further information please contact Abbie on the number on the poster (07414235441).

At our FREE Demo Day this month I'll be showing how to use glitter and lace to make beautiful effects on your cards and projects.

We also welcome back John... from JOHN NEXT DOOR ...for 2 workshops on Sun May 24th and Mon May 25th. He was so popular and brilliant when he came in March that we have had to persuade him to come for 2 days this time (otherwise we'd need a bigger shop to get everyone in !!). We're so excited!! 🤩😁

Workshop this Thurs 7th May!
I've been asked to do a class making the lovely Hat Box Card like the one John did in his John Next Door workshop.
As it is short notice I'm doing a special offer price of £25 which includes all materials, toast and cuppa on arrival and lunch ! Places are limited so please feel free to contact me on 07929422349 if you would like any further information or to book a place.

Open as usual 😊
Yes we are back to our normal opening hours .....and yes I'm back in my 'morning office'😂.
Thank you for all your concerned messages .....no one is ill......we just had a few things to sort out and decided to have a little break away. We're now back and ready to start the day ... well I will be once I've finished my first cuppa.
We have quite a few things happening this month (whoops are we still in April?). You know what it's like....you have a few days off and don't know what day it is lol 😕..so I mean next month ...In May Abbie is coming in to do Creation Station classes and John Lockwood...John Next Door ....is back yay!!. As John's first class was so successful we have more people wanting to come so we have put on an extra day ...yes John Next Door is here for 2 days!!😊. I will also be doing a class so watch this space. I'll post further details asap
