So, what actually happens at the South Planks X UDAYA Autumn Equinox? 🍂

It’s a chance to step out of the noise, get back into your body and take stock of where you are.

We’ll move through gentle yoga and breathwork to quiet your mind and release tension, followed by guided journalling to reflect on your summer, what you’ve learnt, what you’re ready to leave behind and what you want to carry into Autumn.

Then there’s the cosy bit. Warming drinks, seasonal treats, candlelight and a beautiful autumn setting at South Planks Farm.

Absolutely no experience required and no pressure to share. Just come as you are 🤎

You’ll leave feeling clearer, grounded and ready for the season ahead.

September is shaping up to be a busy one at South Planks Farm, with plenty of reasons to come and spend some time with us. 🤍

From our Artisan Markets and weekly Yoga & Pilates, to creative workshops, sound healing, skincare and a gorgeous Autumn Equinox evening — there’s a little bit of everything happening across the farm.

Our deli specials this week is a gorgeous bowl of Greek inspired goodness 😍

Including :

🌼 Traditional Greek salad
🌼 Garlic, lemon & herb roast potatoes
🌼 Greek style baked butterbeans
🌼 Cypriot grain salad

Our recommended toppings are: hummus, feta, tuna, warm pitta, olives, sunblushed tomatoes 🍅
