A late 20th century Titchfield armchair by Howard Chairs Ltd.

An exceptionally deep model, retaining its original H and S monogrammed ticking and a loose seat cushion marked Titchfield. Sprung through the seat and back, with square tapering legs and brass castors.

Offered for re-covering.

Width 90cm × Depth 130cm × Height 85cm.

A teak tree root chair, made from a solid teak root ball, this incredibly characterful chair is weathered by time and by the elements and is now a silver grey colour.

An Italian 1970s Desk by Dal Vera.
Shown together with a Dal Vera Mirror for use as a dressing table.

Both made from bamboo edged woven rattan panels.
The desk having brass recessed pull handles to the two drawers on the RH.

Width 121cm, Depth 60cm, Height 76cm, lots of leg room to the underneath - 72cm floor to 'apron'.

A quality reading armchair by C. Hindley & Sons, also know as a cockfight chair.

A large Victorian storage ottoman of sarcophagus form, with a hinged upholstered lid, moulded wooden borders and original brass and porcelain castors.

At 164cm wide, it is considerably larger than many surviving examples and would work well at the end of a bed, beneath a window or as a substantial low seat.

The frame is firm and the ottoman is offered for reupholstery.

A 19th century serpentine Chesterfield sofa, circa 1870, in the style of Howard and Sons.

A particularly good low, broad form with sweeping scroll arms, turned legs retaining remnants of their original gilding and original gilt brass Cope ‘Strong’ castors.

Traditionally constructed with a sprung seat, sprung edge and horsehair fillings. Shown stripped and offered for upholstery.

An Early 20th century armchair, circa 1900–1920, closely following the compact proportions of the Howard and Sons Ingleby model.

Traditionally upholstered with a sprung seat and feather and down cushion, raised on tapered legs with brass castors. The chair is offered for recovering.

74cm wide × 75cm deep × 75cm high.
