From Halloween to Thanksgiving 🍄🍂🦃

Little mushrooms, rosy apples, berries and soft moss, tucked among sage greenery, golden maple leaves, pine cones and foraged beech husks. Hang it on the door and it feels like an autumn walk in the woods every time you come home.

It’s lovely for Halloween weekend, it will welcome your Thanksgiving guests on Thursday 26 November too – on the front door, or laid flat as a centrepiece on the table.

Styling tip: no nails, no damage 🔨❌

1. Wreath on a glass door or window? A suction cup hook holds it firmly and leaves no mark.
2. Lights along the gutter? Giant gutter hooks clip on in seconds.
3. Tidy cables with little adhesive clips, and add an extension lead so the lights reach the socket.
4. In January, baubles go back in a 64-section storage box – no more broken glass.

Make it once, enjoy it every Christmas. 🎄

Two weeks today is our Forever Christmas Wreath Workshop – Wednesday 11 November.

Choose your theme: Frosty Sparkle in silver and white, like this one, or Cosy Christmas in warm red and gold. You'll make it with faux pine, greenery, pine cones, berries and ribbon – and because it's handmade, every wreath will be unique to you.

It's a cosy evening in my Home Studio in Beaconsfield: a small group of up to 10, a glass of fizz, a home-made mince pie and no rush.
