✨ Plum and Almond Traybake

🇬🇧 A great way to enjoy some of those plums you bought out of season is to toss them in the oven! Baking them released their natural sweetness and gave them a more distinctive taste. I added a couple strawberries I had laying around in the fridge and voila! The perfect mix for a gloomy February evening 😍

🇬🇧 Some people like to call them "night rolls". Why? Because they are left overnight in the fridge to rise. In the morning, just pop them in the oven for 20 minutes and you can enjoy fresh and warm buns for breakfast 💁🏻‍♀️
