We started on the ground floor, building a perfectly smooth, moisture-protected subfloor with an F. Ball DPM sandwich (using Stopgap 1200 & F77). Once prepped, we laid a stunning Camaro- Naked blonde Oak Parquet in an 18x3 herringbone design throughout the entire downstairs floor.

Upstairs was all about comfort. We used a premium 9mm underlay throughout all 4 bedrooms, stairs, and landing, finishing with:
☁️ Bedrooms: Super soft Seaton Valley in Cream.
👣 Stairs & Landing: Hard-wearing, tight pile Heather Twist Elite in Clotted Cream.

Another stunning finish completed 🏠

The hallway, WC, kitchen, diner, and conservatory were all prepped using F. Ball 1200 Pro smoothing compound to create the perfect foundation.
We then installed Brampton Chase Studio Design 16x4 Blonde Oak in a beautiful herringbone pattern, bringing warmth, character, and timeless style throughout the space.

To complete the project, we fitted Cormar Carpets Primo Plus to the stairs and landing in the elegant Cloudy bay.

Take a look at this stunning annex just completed 🏠✨

Full prep carried out throughout using F-Ball P121 primer and F-Ball F49 adhesive. For a perfectly smooth, level finish, we applied the 1100 F-Ball calcium sulphate smoothing compound.

Finished with Karndean Van Gogh luxury vinyl tiles, installed in a straight lay. Colour: Golden Brushed Oak (56” x 9”) for a clean, modern look.

Another one completed to a high standard 👌
