Boo Boo bags - what are they?
They are small packs that can be used hot or cold to ease the pain of a bump or bruise or even a headache. Heat them in the microwave or keep them in the freezer for when you need them. They are perfect for adults and children as while they help with the pain, they are also a distraction. They are approximately 22cm x 11.5cm so a perfect size. They also come in different variations.
