Today we hosted our Office Futures event at our studio in Belfast, bringing together architects, designers, and workplace specialists to explore how design, materials, acoustics, and technology are shaping the future workplace.
The way we Incline Space design workplaces is changing fast. The challenge now is balancing aesthetics with performance, wellbeing, and long-term value — especially in a hybrid world. We wanted this to be more than just a talk, but a practical session where ideas could be shared and applied.
We explored key topics shaping workplace design today.
From Technology advancements, neuro-inclusive design principles and the critical role acoustics play in focus, comfort, and overall wellbeing.

This has been something I’ve wanted to bring to Belfast for a long time. After seeing what’s happening across other cities, it felt like the right time to create something here that brings the right people into one room.

Not a typical event, more a conversation. The kind where different views are welcomed and you leave with ideas you can actually use.

A big part of this is around how we plan and shape our spaces going forward. The decisions being made now around workplaces are having a real impact on culture, performance and how teams connect day to day.

We’ve got a great mix lined up, people who are working in this space every day and understand what’s changing and what’s coming next.

A workspace designed to bring people together ✨
We loved being a part of this project with Firmus energy. Providing a full furniture supply — transforming their office into a modern, functional and design-led environment.

From open-plan work zones and executive offices to flexible meeting spaces, training rooms, soft-seating areas and a vibrant kitchen/dining hub… every part of the layout was selected with purpose.

We paired the right materials, bold colour accents and warm brick textures with a curated mix of ergonomic, modular and soft-seating furniture to create a space that feels energising, comfortable!
