I was given a box of unwanted yarn scrap from a lovely lady. I'm so excited to spend an hour this evening balling all of this and adding it to my yarn odds and sodds box, which has been feeling a bit empty!

Odds and sodds is my favourite box to work from, having so many colours options is very inspirational!

Top tip! Metal snap clips ( hair clips) are perfect for stopping your yarn balls unwinding

Not quite crochet related, but I finally managed to get the strawberry and cream sandos from our local m&s. We always said if we visited Japan that this is something we'd try for sure.

There's a dress pattern that's gaining popularity in crochet circles, it's called Morticia and is a free YouTube tutorial. While I prefer written patterns, it's fairly easy to follow. This will eventually be a full length maxi, with full length sleeves.

While I'm making it to fit me (UK size 18) I have no reason to make it other than a desire to do this pattern 🤣🤣🤣

I still crochet a LOT behind the scenes and I just got some awesome new storage in the form of an ottoman divan bed. I find this pretty satisfying!
