As well as pubs, cafés & shops, we design & create wooden pieces for your homes, too! This was a kitchen worktop we made for a customer from . With a clearcoat finish, it seals the wood to make it & !! Let us know if you like it...? 😉

The two tables in the back booths of Kelly's Cellars took quite a bit of work for us to make. Not just the beautiful Irish Ash woodwork, though. The metal bracing underneath & the chunky metal X-legs were fabricated & painted in-house. We make them so that they can be transported separately & assembled in-situ. (Each part is still heavy, but much easier to move from the van to its final home!).

While sitting in Kelly's Cellars, drinking a pint of the black stuff at one of the tables we made, I thought that it's difficult to know what goes into the process of making the tables, so I thought I would try & translate some of the main stages in the making process. Last year we were offered the chance to run the John Hewitt Pub.⁠

We couldn't believe it. It's beautiful. It's iconic. It's jam packed full of potential. It was almost too good to be true. And from this week we will be opening our first Belfast city centre venue!!⁠

We are really humbled, and equally excited about such an amazing opportunity; to help build on the legacy of the Hewitt as a socially minded, community based, beer centric hub in Belfast, offering world class hospitality! The Hewitt focuses on Live Music, support of the Arts, and really really really good beer. With 16 taps, there is something for everyone. We will have 8 Boundary Taps, 2 rotating NI Taps, and a permanent Tap each for our best friends Cloudwater, Verdant, Deya, Kinnegar, Galway Bay and Whiplash.⁠ Boundary Members will enjoy 10% off all Boundary beer!

We're keeping the staff, and we're soft opening later this week. Stay tuned for more details.
