Something a little different for this full ground floor installation 👇

This customer chose a grey tile design from our Symphony LVT range, fitted throughout the ground floor for a consistent look from room to room.

We share plenty of herringbone and wood plank installations, so it’s nice to show another style you can choose with LVT.

Thinking about new flooring for your home? Pop into our Hull or Beverley showroom to explore the options, or message us to discuss your plans.

Herringbone doesn't always have to mean light oak 👀

This darker finish completely changes the look.

We're used to seeing lighter natural colours being incredibly popular, but would you be tempted to go darker?

LIGHT 🤍 or DARK 🖤?

Stair runner or fully carpeted stairs?

We're seeing more customers considering runners, and it's easy to see why.

They can completely change the look of a staircase while still leaving the timber on show.

But what would you choose in your own home?

A — Runner
B — Fully carpeted

It's the little details that make the difference.

Herringbone LVT finished with a contrasting border, carefully worked around the staircase and through the hallway.

We love how this one turned out.

Would you choose a border like this, or take the herringbone straight to the edge?

Border / No border? 👇

If you could change the flooring in one room in your home right now, which would it be? 👀

The living room? Hallway? Bedroom? Kitchen? Or maybe the whole ground floor?

You don’t always need to know exactly what flooring you want before coming to see us. Just tell us which room you’re looking at, what you like and roughly what you want to spend, and we can help with the rest.

We’ve got carpets, LVT, laminate, vinyl and wood flooring to choose from, with plenty of different styles and price points in both of our showrooms.

Free measures and quotes are available too.

Harvey Maria LVT — from homes to hospitality 👌

Over the years, we’ve fitted a wide range of Harvey Maria LVT, from smaller areas in customers’ homes through to much larger hospitality projects.

The patterned designs are a great way to make the floor part of the overall look of a space, whether that’s a hallway, bathroom or kitchen at home, or a much larger commercial setting.

These are just a few examples of Harvey Maria floors we’ve installed.

If you’re looking for LVT with something a little different, we have a range of styles available to view in our showrooms.

🏡 Why visit a flooring showroom when you can look online?

Online is great for getting ideas, but flooring is one of those things that really helps to see in person.

When you visit us you can:

👀 See the colours properly
✋ Feel the difference between carpet qualities
🪵 Compare larger LVT and flooring samples
🎨 Put different colours and styles side-by-side
💬 Ask our team for advice
🛏️ Try mattresses rather than choosing from a picture

Sometimes the flooring you loved online looks completely different when you see it in a larger sample.

You’re always welcome to pop in and have a browse.

⚠️ 3 Common Flooring Mistakes to Avoid

Choosing new flooring is exciting, but a few simple mistakes can end up costing more time and money than expected.

Here are three of the most common ones we see:

❌ Choosing style over practicality
A floor might look amazing, but it's important to think about how the room is used every day. The best choice is one that looks great and suits your lifestyle.

❌ Overlooking the condition of the subfloor
A quality floor starts with proper preparation. Making sure the subfloor is level and suitable is essential for a long-lasting finish.

❌ Choosing based on price alone
The cheapest option isn't always the best value. Considering durability, maintenance and how long the flooring is likely to last can save you money in the long run.

A little expert advice before you buy can make all the difference.

If you're planning new flooring and would like some honest guidance, visit one of our showrooms. We'll help you find the right flooring for your home, lifestyle and budget.
