Although this is a four-bedroom home, we wanted to show it from a slightly different perspective. One aimed at couples, downsizers or those simply looking for generous space without it feeling overtly family-focused.

The result is calm and grown up, with a smarter, more contemporary feel, while still being comfortable, warm and welcoming.

A very sweet final bedroom at The Heacham.

Designed as a colourful little girl’s room, with ¾ height panelling, ditsy floral wallpaper and a cosy reading nook tucked beneath the canopy.

The subtle woodland references add a little bit of magic without making the room feel overly themed.

For this room, we wanted something cosy, inviting and cheerful, with a slightly more collected feel.

Rich ochre panelling wraps the room in colour, while patterned textiles and a mix of antique and newer pieces give it warmth and personality without feeling too formal.

A dreamy mix of classic and contemporary, pairing familiar shapes and natural materials with a more expressive backdrop.

The rattan headboard brings a softer, almost nostalgic feel, while the mural gives the room its sense of drama and lifts the whole scheme into something much more memorable.
