Restitching some favourite samplers to give you more colour options in the kits. To complement the season, this one is Scattered Leaves (Tobi Asanoha), stitched with 20m medium thread Cookies n Cream, shade 94 🍂

Of course I wouldn't be anywhere without my mini snips!✂️

All our sashiko sampler kits come in a bag with a bright sticker and contain everything you need, making them perfect for Christmas gifts 🎁

Crafters need to start Christmas very early in order to get everything finished on time, and I'm delighted that I've managed to get more Christmas sashiko than ever for you this year 😁

A dedicated section on the website makes things easy to find, but beware that some items are limited in quantity so make sure to secure your favourites now.

Sampler panels can be made into place mats, napkins, wall hangings and even Advent calendars, while the larger kits simply speak for themselves.

I've also curated some seasonally-themed sashiko threads, to make your selection even easier!🌸

I've just been able to make this incredible donation to SIFA Fireside thanks to the sales of Emiko's wonderful kimono book 🎉

Emiko very kindly let me choose where proceeds should go, once costs had been deducted.

Sifa Fireside is based just steps from the Japan Crafts studio in Digbeth, and they help people struggling with homelessness through tailored one-to-one support.

A very worthwhile charity to have a look at and support if you are able to 🌸

These beautiful charm packs are critically endangered - the factory in Japan that makes them has now closed 😭

I bought up the remaining stock, and after Festival of Quilts there are now only 23 packs remaining.
