Inspired by my own recovery and the healing air of the West Coast, Fresh Spring scents in nature, and the salty air from the Atlantic Ocean...

I have been so thankful to have nature on my doorstep during this recovery. To be able to walk, wander and get lost in the beauty around us. After months indoors, my senses were awakened 🍃

This scent encapsulates the essence of earth, nature, trees, fresh air and the healing power that surrounds us everyday 🤍🍃

A message to say hello and thank you for your patience ✨️🤗

As many of you know, whilst on our minimoon in December, I was unfortunately involved in an incident that resulted in a broken collarbone and shoulder.

Recovery has not been an easy road, however, with a lot of care, support, physio and advanced rehabilitation, I am getting there. Slowly but surely🤞

For Obvious reasons, I have been unable to make candles. To lift, mix or use my arms the way I normally would have...so I apologise for the radio silence and void of little creations.

Recently I was able to get creative in the kitchen, and whip up a gorgeous blend. I am so proud of this new beauty, and cannot wait to share with you all!! 🌿🍃✨️

This was my first time creating candles since November 2025. And, I must admit, it has been an emotional journey. I got quite upset realising my limits, but I am also so thankful for this gift, and being able to create again (albeit in small batches)
This is my outlet for creativity and I will continue to gain strength again for this passion of mine, and yours ✨️

Watching this new creation come to life has made me so thankful. So thankful for the strength I've gained both mentally and physically during this chapter. So thankful for the glimmers in each day. I am so grateful for my body and its healing magic. The human body is an incredible vessel. Something I will forever be in awe over.

I am also so thankful for those who have stood by me, messaged, called, sent gifts, and checked in. Your support and love has been appreciated more than you will ever know. You are all angels ✨️

Thank you to all my customers this year,and always. Your support and love for SOAR fills my heart with so much joy.

Remember to enjoy every moment that tomorrow brings. Step back, and absorb the day as it flows. No rush. No stress. No worries.

Hold your loved ones tightly and say a little toast for those who are no longer earth side.

There is no right or wrong way to celebrate Christmas, be present in your own capacity. No more, no less.

This is a beautiful time to be kind. To yourself and to others ❤️

May 2026 bring health, happiness, safety and love to your home and to your families.
