‼️ Customer Notice – Flooring Preparation & Furniture Removal ‼️
As a friendly reminder, we kindly ask all customers to ensure that any existing flooring is uplifted prior to our fitters arriving, unless an uplift service has been agreed and included in your quotation.
If no uplift fee has been agreed and the existing flooring has not been removed, an additional charge will apply.
We also ask that as much furniture as possible is removed from the fitting area before installation. Where furniture cannot be removed from the property, we request that all contents are emptied beforehand to allow our fitters to move items safely.
Please note that while every care is taken when moving furniture, we cannot accept liability for any damage that may occur during the process. If furniture has not been removed prior to fitting, an additional charge may also apply.
