Caravan Upholstery Limited is a family owned business that was founded in 1997 and since then we have moved forward promoting and developing the company but our work ethic has remained constant. We employ a dedicated professional workforce and our aim is to produce top class specialist upholstery supported by unrivalled service and attention to detail. We offer a full upholstery service including foam, curtains and fittings, pelmets, tie backs, roof and door panels. With hundreds of fabrics, leather and vinyl to choose from we are sure you will be delighted with our range and be able to find exactly what you are looking for. We also offer a range of biodegradable, environmentally friendly fabrics made with natural materials. This includes abaca, alpaca, hemp, linen, organic cotton and wool . We can also replace your foam with horsehair and latex. We are the sole importer in the UK for Glide Tape and Track curtain track. Only top quality materials are used and we have in-house foam cutting machines and a dedicated woodworking workshop that ensures we can produce intricate shapes and styles for your upholstery, whether this is for your Caravan, Horsebox, Marine Craft or Motorhome.

A honeycomb interior, finished.

Distressed-effect leather, high quality, chosen for the way it ages and the character it carries from day one.

Each panel is cnc cut, then CNC sewn so the honeycomb quilting is identical across every cushion. Perforations and laser cut accents finish the detail. After that, it comes back to the bench, where it is sewn and fitted by hand.

Nothing here came from a catalogue. It was drawn, cut and made for one vehicle, one owner.

A full interior retrim for a Mercedes V-Class, converted to a luxury limousine specification by Silkjet Ltd in Manchester.

Two tech filled reclining rear seats in black and red nappa leather. Perforated centre panels. Red contrast stitching, picked out line by line.

The door cards are in matching nappa leather with diamond quilting and perforated black nappa leather accents. Chauffeur seats and additional rear seating to follow

Every piece was drawn, cut, sewn and fitted in our Bolton workshop . Silkjet send us the brief. We make it fit.

BEFORE AND AFTER
VW Transporter Seat Retrim — Grey Leather & Hexagon Alcantara

This Transporter captain's seat has been fully retrimmed in light grey Nappa leather with a contrasting charcoal Alcantara centre panel, cut and sewn in our signature hexagon stitch. The VW roundel is embroidered directly into the backrest — no badges, no stickers. Armrests, base, and headrest are finished to match throughout.

All work is completed in-house at our Bolton workshop, from pattern to final fit.

Rock and roll bed for a 2023 Ford Transit Trail, made to match the factory seats at customer request. The centre panels are CNC-sewn with a horizontal rib stitch and carry an embroidered 'A' badge, replicating the original seat emblem in two-tone charcoal and mid-grey vinyl with contrast stitching throughout. Everything cut, sewn, and finished in our Bolton workshop. Enquiries welcome.

Completed: Full bespoke interior refurbishment, Scania T144 T-cab for JK Vehicles Movements Limited in partner with Whittaker Coach Builders.

A project that demonstrates what is possible when a clear brief is executed with precision. The client wanted a complete two-tone black and gold transformation, and that brief was carried through every element of the cabin.

Specification highlights:

Black leather seating with gold bolsters and piping, white diamond stitch and perforation throughout. Embroidered gold "JK" monogram on each headrest. Floor mats in matching black diamond stitch leather, gold piping, and full "JK Vehicles Limited" embroidered branding. Cream diamond-stitch leather headliner with custom colour changing LED-lit panels creating warm amber ambient lighting. Matching door and wall panels with cream diamond stitch and circular speaker inserts. Additional bunk seating in the same black leather and diamond stitch specification.

Every component was produced to brief, CNC-cut in house, and assembled as a complete scheme rather than individual parts. The result is a cab interior that is consistent, durable, and built to a standard the client is proud to put their name on.
