Last week, some of the team headed to Decorex International | Europe’s Luxury Interior Design Show to catch up with our suppliers, meet new ones and hear different perspectives from colleagues across the industry. It was lovely to take some time out, get inspired and find out what’s new.

We’ve also had the pleasure of welcoming for work experience. Alice is a student at Interior Design Courses and has completed some of our courses, so it’s been wonderful to show her how we approach projects and what day-to-day life in an interior design studio can look like.

We’ve loved having you with us, Alice. You have such an exciting future ahead! 🫶🏼

I’ve had to kiss a few frogs to find the right clients!

Yesterday at , a conversation about the pressures of our industry and the impact of difficult client relationships really struck a chord. I think many of us have been there.

Over the years at KTM Design, I’ve learned that the best projects are built on trust, kindness and mutual respect. Some experiences have been tough, but they’ve taught me to recognise the clients who are the right fit - and when it’s time to say no.

To our lovely clients who trust us, value our expertise and make the process enjoyable too: thank you. You make all the difference 🤍

Brown is still having a moment, and for good reason. But it can be easy to get wrong: without the right balance, it can feel flat, heavy or overly dark. Used thoughtfully, it can make a room feel warm, inviting and full of character - especially cosy at this time of year!

For our client’s living room, we layered rich brown tones with contrasting finishes, tactile textures and organic shapes to create a space that feels cosy without feeling flat. The little details bring it to life, adding depth, interest and a touch of fun.

So much of our work comes through word of mouth, and every recommendation means a lot to us. Thank you, Dr Haroon, for sharing your experience.

Today went well!

We are SO excited for our women’s health clinic project to start taking shape for our client .health 🤎

We showed our client the samples today and ran through details of the design. She’s very excited too!
