What a couple of weeks we’ve had, thank you for all the wonderful messages and congratulations from near and far!

Just very humbling to have two projects considered amongst some exceptional talent and alongside practices we’ve looked up to for years.

The buzz of winning not one but two awards at the ceremony for Sky House was amazing.

We headed off to Coventry with vain hopes of a grand slam so yes, must admit there was a fair bit of disappointment in not coming away with anything from for Malvern Pool House. But hey, it was nice seeing Coventry cathedral!

Thank you to all the judges involved and to our colleagues, collaborators and wonderful clients. Projects take time, the process is emotional and require stamina and stubbornness to collectively achieve something special. So moments of celebrations mean a lot to mark that work. 🙏

Sky House scooped up a Regional Award & the Sustainability Award!!

The judges comments are wonderful and we are so grateful to for this recognition.

We are still buzzing and overjoyed. This a huge team effort, from our wonderful clients, to a very dedicated site team, all consultants and not least our project architect .

The heart of the home at Sky House

The kitchen and dining space has been beautifully crafted at Sky House. Birch panelling, exposed glulaminated rafters, oak wood flooring and a pale palette of pastel colours creates a warm and welcoming interior for family life. The space is open, light and generous.

One that got away but one that we often look back at. An entertainment and social space looking out over a mature woodland… one can only hope we get to design it in full one day!

Also, disclosure, we built the 3D model in the office but then asked AI to apply the mood and materials. It’s amazing (and scary) how well it has interpreted our intent and then applied it to our design.
