Prague, you have my heart ♥️
Every corner feels like a masterpiece — the intricate carvings, timeless facades, and the quiet poetry in every detail. Completely mesmerised by a city that speaks so deeply to my aesthetic.

Between clouds and quiet dreams,
I find myself already halfway to somewhere new.
Golden light spills through the window,
whispering stories of places I haven’t met yet.

A moment suspended—
soft skies, gentle thoughts, and the promise of escape.
I carry a little bit of home with me,
but today, my heart belongs to the horizon. ✈️

Most people spend weeks choosing a sofa.

Some spend months choosing paint colours.

And then... pick the flooring in about 10 minutes. 😄

The truth is, flooring quietly influences almost everything in a room—from the sense of space and light to the overall character of an interior.

In our latest Journal article, we're looking at how Victorian-inspired patterns such as herringbone, parquet and decorative tiles continue to shape modern interiors, blending timeless character with contemporary living.

Which flooring style would you choose for your home?

⬜ Classic checkerboard
🟫 Herringbone timber
⬜ Marble-effect stone
🟫 Natural wood planks

Design is more than what we see—it’s what we feel.

This serene window nook blends biophilic design principles with soft, layered textures to create a calming retreat within the home. The abundance of greenery improves air quality and enhances mood, while natural light and warm tones foster a sense of comfort and relaxation.

Thoughtful details—like books within reach, soft throws, and ambient lighting—transform this corner into a space for pause and reflection.

A gentle reminder: Take a moment. Breathe deeply. Let your space hold you.

One of the things I love most about blue-and-white interiors is how effortlessly they balance elegance and comfort.

The porcelain pieces, patterned fabrics, fresh flowers, layered textures, and soft neutral backdrop create a home that feels both refined and welcoming.

Unlike many design trends that come and go, this style has remained relevant for generations. It draws inspiration from classic English homes, coastal retreats, and collected antiques, yet still feels fresh in a modern setting.

Every detail contributes to the overall feeling—calm, bright, lived-in, and beautifully curated without appearing overly styled.

It’s a reminder that some of the most beautiful interiors aren’t built around trends. They’re built around timeless design choices that continue to look good year after year.

What can happen when a former nail salon meets thoughtful design?

Choco Me began as a challenging retail space with an unconventional layout, existing constraints, and a carefully managed budget.

Today, it's a vibrant dessert destination built around strong branding, smart space planning, and an experience designed to bring people together.

Proof that great design isn't about spending more—it's about making every decision count.

Want your home to look more expensive without spending a fortune?

Most beautiful interiors aren’t created by buying more — they’re created by making smarter design choices.

Here are a few simple tips I always recommend:

✔️ Invest in key pieces like your sofa and bed
✔️ Layer your lighting to create warmth and depth
✔️ Add personality with carefully chosen accent pieces
✔️ Give your furniture room to breathe
✔️ Focus on quality over quantity

Small changes can completely transform how a space feels.

Which tip do you think makes the biggest difference?

Save this post for your next home makeover and share it with someone planning to refresh their space.

Have you ever walked into a room and just… exhaled?

Deep teal joinery wrapping the entire wall. Brass accents catching the warmth of the light. A gold Buddha as the quiet centrepiece. A curated collection of books and art that makes you want to stay forever.

This is what happens when a client trusts the process completely — and we couldn’t be more proud of how this one came together.

We’d love to know — what’s the first detail that caught your eye? Drop it in the comments below!

Thoughtful maximalism isn’t about filling a room with more.

It’s about creating depth, personality, and warmth — without losing calm.

One bold ceiling colour.

A textured feature wall.

Layered fabrics that soften the light differently throughout the day.

When done thoughtfully, even richly layered interiors can feel grounded, refined, and deeply personal.

In our latest Journal piece, we explore why the best maximalist spaces never feel chaotic — they feel intentional.

Because great interiors are not designed to impress for a moment.

They’re designed to be lived in for years.
