Presenting the Yeme Tech Community Data Platform to the Dept of Levelling Up (and other Govt officials) was incredibly impactful today. Its fantastic to collaborate with Well North Enterprises, Barratt Homes and The Surrey NHS Trust to demonstrate how an integrated, place-based approach is essential to maximise the impact of the Levelling Up agenda.

When justifying 20 storey towers in key locations to the Planners, it massively helps to use data to demonstrate need and capacity. Our research showed a contraction of young people in the area, a growing wealth gap and sufficient facilities for the area to become a thriving 15-Minute-Neighbourhood. This helped to challenge prevailing Council policy on density, affordability, parking provision and inclusive growth.

So thrilled to see Bradford Council is a FINALIST in the prestigious LGC (Local Government) Awards 2022 for the HAF Program, using the Yeme Tech Community Data Platform!! It was great to work with such a progressive team at Bradford Council to maximise the benefits of this national flagship program using data, geospatial expertise and technology to ensure more disadvantaged free school meal children benefit. Incredibly honoured to be designing our most luxurious Hotel and Apartment project ever... in Pakistan! This 7* scheme with Helipad, balcony swimming pools, 10 restaurants and sky lounge reflects a new aspirational reality emerging across Asia. Its fantastic to be involved in such an evocative landmark project with such visionary and established clients.

Its a wrap!! Awesome to have another exciting student development scheme progressing through the construction phase (despite all the challenges)! Ensuring new student schemes can serve to uplift outcomes as well as boost city centre activity is a powerful combined proposition. Using social interaction, technology and funky design maximises the development opportunity.

'Digital-dining' and 'cloud kitchens' are a phenomenal way to re-purpose shopping centres with animated new uses. We leverage tech and data to establish compelling commercial propositions by identifying the scale of the market, the demographics and food provision gaps. This serves to ensure the multiple food operators to have the optimised offer and are not dependent on physical footfall, but rather serve a much bigger delivery audience. This attracts high quality brands as well as innovative new food entrepreneurs to operate from these easy-start, all-inclusive, low-cost kitchens. This, together with great design, helps to then drive footfall and develop a new destination in City Centres.
