New in this week:

BORGATTA ‘Lamilla’ - Emilio and Marisa Oliveri have been making delicious low intervention w**es in Piedmont since the 1960s. Their Dolcetto is supple and complex with bright red fruit with deep aromas of to***co and leather. The 2019 vintage has softened beautifully and is available at the shop now.

AUDREY PILORGET ‘Chenin C’ - This very special w**e is on by the glass at our bar this weekend and next, and is available to take home too while stocks last.
Pilorget makes tiny quantities (5000 bottles a year) of her beautiful w**es in an old quarry in Touraine (Loire Valley). Her w**emaking is all about slow maturation and low intervention resulting in hugely layered and textural natural w**es. Her Chenin blanc is stunning - tarte tatin on the nose and nutty oxidised flavours on palate.

TRAPPISTES ROCHEFORT - Returning for the autumn are the trio of Rochefort beers; 6, 8 & 10. Perfect Belgian brews to sit and savour as the evenings draw in. 🍂
