At last! We are now opening our doors and inviting two groups of customers into our shop at a time. Having spoken to many of our customers, it is clear that most would still prefer to be served at the door or to place orders for collection by email or phone. We are happy to continue offering this service as it is safer for us and safer for you. Whilst mask wearing is no longer compulsory, our staff will continue to wear them and we would encourage customers to reciprocate this courtesy, as well as taking advantage of the hand sanitiser provided. We will be continuing to close daily between 1pm-2pm, so please bear this in mind if you wish to visit the shop.
If you need us to scan an item for colour matching, please be prepared to leave it with us and do include your name and phone number with any items you bring along. If you need any advice before purchasing, have a large order or simply prefer the convenience, please contact us by email or phone, as it will be very helpful to us and generally quicker for you. If you wish to place an order it will normally be ready to collect within a couple of hours, so please contact us before 15:30 latest if you'd like to collect the same day.
We will keep you updated as we adjust to the changing situation and hope that we are now moving towards a position where we can open our doors fully. As a small team we would have to temporarily close the shop if we became ill, so we hope you appreciate our tentative steps to resume trading as normal.
