Orders placed will be added into a time frame of 1-2 weeks for completion. If any longer, you will be informed. However, orders may possibly be completed earlier than expected. RETURNS/REFUNDS
I will not be processing returns or refunds for any personalised products, unless the product received is not as described. If, however your product has arrived damaged I will need photo evidence of this & will then send a replacement. There will be a 7-day window of when you receive your product as to when I can offer a replacement. Please note, care instructions will be included with purchase and if not followed correctly will result in personal damage. For example; items such as drinking bottles/glassware should NOT be soaked in water or put through a dish washer as the vinyl personalisation although permanent, will eventually peel away! These should be washed carefully. Clothing should be washed inside out on no higher than a 30 degree wash. Clothing should NOT be tumble dried. When ironing, make sure the item is inside out & DO NOT iron directly on the vinyl design. Charlotte’s Bespoke Designs will not be taking responsibility for personal damage.
