Not every day on site goes to plan 👀

Behind every "after" photo you see, there's usually a mini crisis we solved before you even knew about it.

The wardrobe that arrives with half its fittings missing. The mirror that looked fine in the box... until we opened it and found it in three pieces. The bed that was "definitely" arriving today and somehow isn't. Cue an extra trip, some frantic phone calls, and a bit of creative problem-solving.

Honestly? We kind of love this part of the job. It's a puzzle every time - working out what we can substitute, what needs sourcing fresh, and how to keep everything looking seamless without blowing the budget or the timeline.

That's the problem with the classic wide-lens property shot - it proves the room exists. It doesn't make anyone want to be in it.

A lifestyle shot does something different. Wine glasses catching the evening light on the kitchen island. A book left open on the sofa. Coffee steam by the window seat. Suddenly, the buyer isn't looking at a room - they're imagining their Sunday morning in it.
