When I trained at Hatton Garden over two decades ago, I fell in love with the art of creating with pearls. Fast forward to today, and I still get that exact same rush of excitement whenever I pick up a fresh string.

For me, it’s not just about the pearls themselves—it’s about the stories, the history, and the memories woven into every single piece I restring. 💚

It’s been a busy old year for this jeweller and her family 💚.

Today was my first time back at the bench in months and... my mind went completely blank! 🤯 Instead of a shiny new design, I just have a broken necklace ready for rethreading which I can’t show you as yet.

But I’m learning that these “blank” days are just as important as the high-productivity ones. They give us space to reset, connect, and map out the next step.

The jewellery world has changed a lot while I’ve been away, but there’s always room for sustainable, preloved jewellery that doesn’t cost the earth. It feels good to be back! 🤞✨
