It’s been a busy old year for this jeweller and her family 💚.

Today was my first time back at the bench in months and... my mind went completely blank! 🤯 Instead of a shiny new design, I just have a broken necklace ready for rethreading which I can’t show you as yet.

But I’m learning that these “blank” days are just as important as the high-productivity ones. They give us space to reset, connect, and map out the next step.

The jewellery world has changed a lot while I’ve been away, but there’s always room for sustainable, preloved jewellery that doesn’t cost the earth. It feels good to be back! 🤞✨

Wrapping up 2025, and I’m not going to sugarcoat it - this year has been a struggle. Online sales have been down, and the lack of support has been noticeable. The face-to-face markets haven’t been kind, except for those last-minute ones that somehow managed to do well. To my followers, a big favour to ask: please remember to shop small, not just during Christmas. It’s going to get harder. I want to extend my gratitude to the small businesses that have become friends and supported CMPD this year; your kindness has meant the world.
