The Stamping Spot (and the family) recently relocated and there was a dilemma -- both myself and Hubby needed our work spaces and these were the two ground floor options (photos from the estate agents website)
Photo 1 is the actual study with its own door to separate from the rest of the house.
Photo 2 is the snug behind the Utility it does have a door to the hallway, but is open with a corridor to the Kitchen/Diner.

Each month Stampin’ Up! sets a Creative Challenge and this one involved a colour palette. With 5 colours this time and not all these needing to be used, I decided that I’d try to combine all 5 in a Christmas project.
I’ve made use of the Luxe Alpha Dies these are found within the Hot Foil Dies selection, you can see that I didn’t use the Hot Foil process here, these dies work great without foiling them. I’ve used my absolute favourite new Embossing Folder Softly Woven 3D and my Pecan Pie colour is featured via patterned paper tags from the Timeless Christmas 12 x 12 DSP. I’ve fussy cut the ‘Bright’ sentiment from the Scalloped Christmas Cheer stamp set.
Colour Challenge was: Barely Blush, Blackberry Bliss, Hydrangea Hue, Mossy Meadow & Pecan Pie.

Wowsers this heat, it’s really stopping me in my tracks........

With a house move on the horizon, the decluttering is ramping up, so creating time seems to elude me! I want to play, but, I really have to knuckle down to it.

I’ve reached out to some local charities for some excess items to find new homes and I’m grouping my items that are staying into categories.
I’m asking myself these questions as I hold an item -
Do you deserve a space here?
Where would I look for you, & expect to find you?

After all collecting Craft Supplies & using Craft Supplies are 2 very different hobbies it seems. Can you relate?

Last Thursday 7th May I participated in an introduction to Paper Pumpkin Party in Gloucestershire with a couple of my Stampin' Up! buddies.
We each invited some guests and our fabulous UK & Ireland Field Success Manager chatted with us all about the concept of this monthly box of inspiration, that arrives through your letterbox.
The idea was conceived 13 years ago in the North American market and has been a wonderful opportunity for crafters.
April 2026 was the first kit for us in Europe and the South Pacific, and we got to play with the kit on Thursday. If you have seen our new offering on line or in our new catalogue you might recognise that this kit has companion products in our May to August publication. A suite of products called Waterside Retreat coordinates perfectly.
As a subscriber there is also the option to purchase refill kits for boxes too, unlike our Kits Collection Stampin' Up! Kits.

I'm collaborating with my friends and Stampin' Up! Besties, Kerry Timms & Helen Crudgington to bring you lots of inspiration and ideas beyond the box each month.

We will each be sharing an exclusive project tutorial every month to show the possibilities going beyond the kit instructions. This card represents many of the things I love when it comes to papercrafting:
That pretty frame has a circle element. ❤️
It’s gold heat embossed. ❤️
The background layer went through an embossing folder ❤️
The flower element was patterned paper ❤️
It was coloured in with Blends Pens. ❤️
It was ‘Fussy Cut’! ❤️
The label used a fun punch to create banner ends. ❤️
The label was a white piece, coloured with blends. ❤️
The sentiment is from a sneak peek from OnStage! ❤️
And last but by no means least it was for one of my most cherished people my MUM! ❤️❤️❤️
