OUR NEW SEASON OF CLASSES
AUTUMN 2026 • BRIXHAM SEWING BOX
We’re delighted to share the first dates in our new programme of sewing, dressmaking, crochet and creative textile classes at Brixham Sewing Box. Whether you’re picking up a needle for the very first time, want to get more from your sewing machine, or are ready to develop your garment-making skills, there’s plenty to choose from - with more classes and dates still to come including knitting and quilting.
Our classes are friendly and relaxed, and are led by qualified, highly experienced teachers with many years of professional and teaching experience. Every class is also supported by two members of our own team, so friendly help is always close at hand - from getting settled and setting up equipment to patient, one-to-one guidance throughout the session. Places are deliberately limited so that everyone receives plenty of individual attention.
We want your time with us to feel like more than simply attending a class. Full-day classes include a freshly prepared two-course lunch, with a glass of wine or a non-alcoholic alternative, while our shorter classes include refreshments and teatime treats. Each guest also receives one of our thoughtfully prepared gift bags. Dietary requirements are warmly accommodated, and our teaching space is fully accessible, helping everyone to feel comfortable and welcome.
